General introduction of SPG series:
The oscillating frequency of SPG series machines is above 100KHZ, from 100KHZ to 1.1MHz, and machines of this frequency are suitable for brazing, forging and Heat treatment and a lot of other applications, especially suitable for surface heat treatment and wire annealing and so on.
Power range of SPG series is from 3KW to 160KW, main models are: SPG-03, SPG-06-I, SPG-06-II, SPG-06-III, SPG-10-I, SPG-10-II, SPG-20B, SPG-30B, SPG-40B, SPG-60B, SPG-100B and SPG-160B series. Different series have specified power and frequency.
SPG series machines are of the most advanced technology, with our unique technology, frequency of 100KHZ to 1.1MHZ and 3KW to 160KW becomes possible with normal IGBT.

Structure and technology:
In SPG series machine, series oscillating circuit is used, after oscillating circuit, power is output through high frequency transformer, and then there is low-voltage and large current going through the induction coil. Compared with SP series, in all SPG series machines, oscillating cap is connected with the secondary coil of the transformer, so high voltage does not exist inside the machine, the separated transformers are even smaller.
Fourth generation technology is adopted for all SPG series machines. Based on the second generation technology, Soft switching of the IGBT is improved both in the voltage regulate circuit and the inverting circuit to ensure machines working smoothly at high frequency and high power. By this advanced technology, normal IGBT modules are used to reach higher frequency at high power level.
