General introduction of SP series: The oscillating frequency of SP series machines is around 50KHZ, from 30 to 100KHz, and machines of this frequency are suitable for brazing, forging and Heat treatment and a lot of other applications. For example: Brazing of diamond blades, brazing of machining tools, Heating of rod for forging, copper tube brazing, shaft quenching and stainless steel vessel annealing and so on. Power range of SP series is from 6KW to 160KW, main models are: SP-15, SP-25, SP-25BD, SP-35B, SP-45B and SP-70B, SP-100 and SP-160 series. SP series machines are the simplest, cheapest and most reliable types in our induction heating machines. They have been widely used in all areas of metal heating both at home and abroad. Structure and technology: In SP series machine, series oscillating circuit is used, after oscillating circuit, power is output through high frequency transformer, and then there is low-voltage and large current going through the induction coil. In SP-15 and SP-25 series machine, our first generation current inverting technology is adopted, these machines are characterized by simple structure, high reliability and cheap price. So these machines are used most widely now both at home and abroad. SP-25BD,SP-35B and SP-45B series have the same structure and same technology. Because of the higher power output, the first generation current technology can not solve the problem to let machines working at large power and at high frequency. so for these machines, our second generation current inverting technology was developed, on the basis of soft switch technology, voltage regulate circuit is used to control both the voltage and the current of the IGBT inverting module. By this new technology, the reliability of IGBT is raised greatly and let these machines working even more reliably than the first generation machines at large power output level and 50KHZ. Third generation technology is adopted for SP-70B series and machines with even larger power. Based on the second generation technology, Soft switching of the IGBT is improved both in the voltage regulate circuit and the inverting circuit to ensure machines working smoothly at high frequency and high power. Because the oscillating cap is connected with the primary coil of the high frequency transformer, so this machine is of low cost compared with SPG series.
